Join our 8-week Virtual Health Coaching Program, where you’ll learn how to take control of your health through the evidence-based principles of lifestyle medicine from a Masters prepared nurse, who is Board Certified in Lifestyle Medicine and Wellness Coaching in collaboration with a Registered Dietician who is also Board certified in Lifestyle Medicine. This interactive and supportive program is designed to empower you with the knowledge and tools to build sustainable habits for long-term health, vitality, and longevity.
